Every Med Virtual Consultation Information
Access quality healthcare from the comfort of your home with our secure virtual consultation service. Our qualified medical doctor provides professional, personalised care using interactive telecommunication technology such as video or WhatsApp consultations.
Virtual consultations are designed to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and efficient for individuals and families. Whether you need general medical advice, follow-up care, or chronic condition management, our team is here to support your health journey remotely.
What to Expect
During your virtual consultation, the doctor will assess your symptoms, provide medical advice, and recommend treatment where appropriate. This may include issuing prescriptions, medical certificates, or referrals if needed.
While every effort is made to provide comprehensive care, virtual consultations do not allow for physical examinations. In some cases, you may be advised to visit the practice for an in-person assessment to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Repeat Script (Repeat Prescription) Requests
For patients managing chronic conditions, we offer a simple and efficient repeat prescription service through our virtual platform. If you are an existing patient on long-term treatment, you can request a repeat script without the need for a full consultation, provided your condition is stable and regularly monitored.
How It Works
Submit your repeat script request via WhatsApp or email it to our team. The doctor will review your medical history and current treatment plan. If appropriate, your prescription will be issued and shared with you electronically
NB Please note that the doctor may request a consultation before issuing a repeat prescription if a review is clinically necessary.
